Weight reduction tips :-
1-Cut carbohydrates from your diet ex- Wheat roti
2-eat daliya
3-drink green tea
4- drink water before half an hour before food.
5-Eat eggs white only
6- Eat vitamin c fruits
7-Do exercises like running, cycling,swimm swimming, plank, rope skipping etc.
8- take less calories food
9- try to burn 500 calories daily so in a week 500*7= 3500 calories in a week ,you will able to reduce 1 kg weight
