I am a CHSL 2014 DEO selected candidate for AG office Srinagar
Yesterday i called the office and a good Samaritan gave me the number of concerned person for the joining's and that too his personal number i called this man name Khalid.
He asked me to call him back after 30 Min I called him at 2 O clock, so i called him back again at 2.50 pm. He again asked me to call him back in 2 Min as he was on the way to the section of joining So i thought may be I am disturbing him so i didn't call him again so around 3.15 pm I received a call from him.

Me- Sir Kal but offer letter?
Khalid- woh yahi aake le lena hum post karenge isme 5 din lagenge pahuchne mein so yahi aajao medical karwake and lelo
Me-Happy beyond anything, I somehow managed to get myself together and asked him if he could email me that offer letter
Khalid- Sorry facility Not available we can do speed post only

Friends Iam getting 130 (not official key) in CHSL 2015. Iam SC candidate. I may be put in GENERAL CATEGORY. Is there any typing Concession also for SC/ST candidates?????? Well, I have no problem but want to know that fact.

Now I don't want pa/sa, I want deo , what can I do .
