There are two types of people who tend to predict inflated cutoffs .
1st are those who can never afford to believe that something good can happen ,they may be hardworking but they will always be sceptic about the past , present and future , they may themselves be scoring low marks but they will be the first among the lots to declare themselves as doomed and they wont miss to infect other with that attitude . Their opening statement about thier status is usually like ( in context of cgl) " bhai mai toh race se bhar hu already, 440 mai ghanta tier 2 clear hoga , kam se kam 450 toh cutoff .jayegi hi , ab toh 2017 dekhta hun" ....
2nd kind of people are those who are completely in a different dimension , our physics isnt usually applicable to this kind, because they believe in creating their own physics chemistry , now they are of course are laborous and devoted to their studies and many a ttime they are intelligent , but problem starts when they start ignoring rest of us average people , and start assuming that they and other handful of people are the only contenders in the race and their performances are the only defining factor for the cutoff , they will outrightly dismiss other facts , data , precedence everything . And their words are like " I dont think cutoff will cross 470 , though I am getting 495 but paper was not that dificult , infact it was easy ,their are others who are getting 480+ easily , so 470 has to be obtained in any way " ........... in akhiri kuch dino mai aise hi mahanubhawon ne cutoff ko lekar gandagi failaiee thi pg and fb pages mai ... If anyone among them is reading it , then I will implore u to hold ur horses before speaking your mind , or better analyse properly .
( edit : kuch kuch ko abhi bhi shanti nhi mili , abhi bhi kh re for any assistant job you have to score min 510 , 520 ......race mai toh bs 449 above wale hein.....blah blah .... bhai logo kyunn kyunn , bharosa rakho yaar abhi tak hua , age bhi hoga ... apna 100 % do ...)
