Even if re-exam is conducted than what is the guarantee that this time cheating will not happen.
This investigation didn't do anything to punish culprits and they will not mend their approach in future.
Only thing will happen by cancelling this exam is humiliation and huge loss of time and money of genuine candidates which is not justice.
If CBI needs time to nab culprits, they must ask for time but it is not acceptable to punish innocents for mere your(CBI) incompetency.

Agar case file nahi hota CGL17 pr to ab tk final result aa chuka hota and CGL18 ka pre v ho jata.
Pr case hone ke bad kya hua:
CGL17 latak gaya.
CGL18 ka koi ata pata nahi.
System me koi improvement nahi. Total time waste, isse achha to case file na karte.
