Can we hope that some final decision regarding anti-cancellation and cheaters final list submission by CBI for removal be done on 12 Oct?

bhaiyo, cbi ki FIR me 9 march ke re-exam ki to koi information nahi hai , sirf leakage aur cheating ki hi information hai....... is hisaab se to re-exam ke chances jyada lag rahe hain.... kyu ???? pl reply....

I know this is an outdated query now...please help me in figuring out my rank if I have scored 480/600 till tier 2.
I have scored 460 in T1+ T2. What is my expected rank considering I will be scoring an average score of 60 in T-3. What chances do I have to get css , afhq or Da ?
