It was said that only candidates selected for TA needs to give DEST. So does SSC prepare a list of candidates based on job preference and then call TA candidates for DEST? Or is everyone called for dest and cpt and then job is allocated after that?

I hv been selected as accounts auditor in delhi govt. Currently i m working as po in bank. Now i want to join auditor post. And joining of auditor will be in next 2 or 3 weeks. I hv given the 3 months notice period to bank. Will they give me extension on this reason of serving the notice period? Someone hv experience in this regard please tell.

Every morning I wake up with hope of some news regarding cgl 17 or 18 , open pagalguy thousands of time in a day to see if anything positive has come up and end up being disappointed and shattered at night. When I see my classmates who are now doctors, architects, CA and IIM passouts, I get this empty feeling that has given me sleepless nights questioning my very decision of leaving pvt sector job in IT for an exam which is highly unpredictable . My objective paper has gone good however i wrote letter of 170 words in 150 word limit and my essay was incomplete just 120 words in 150 requirement. even if the content is good what can i get if letter is if 20 and essay of 30 ............ out of 50.
PS last year 17.5 was the cut off.....will i b able to clear that?
