Right to privacy Essay
Personal Privacy is one of the most impoertant human right to live a life and state cannot enter into that space . In the recent supreme court judgement ks puttaswamy vs union of India case a 9 bench judge of supreme court has declared Right to privacy as a fundamental rights under article 21.
After the coming of adhaar bill in 2015 various issues have raised regarding the safety of biometric and personal data being collected by the state .Many media reports suggest that the data is being sold to many private companies that is totally against the right to privacy of an individual. But the recent judgement will make it compulsory for the state to protect the data of an individual.
There are various advantages of this decision firstly it ensures the dignity of an individual. It put restrictions on the state to not interfere with personal life on idividual. This bill will also help to make private companies like ola,zomato ,uber and other ecommerce companies to protect the data of an idividual.
Also in future this may give rise to litigation against lgbt community to achieve its right beacuse sex of person is a private matter and state have to give them all the rights . Apart from this there have been many cases of mob lynching on eating beef as eating beef is a personal choice so in future this issue can also be discussed by SC.
The need of hour is to make strong laws and proper implementation by agencies to protect the data of citizen as there have been lot of cyber attacks like wanna cry,petya etc so that prvate data of individual is not compromised.
ESSAY ON MARITAL RAPE
Marital rape is fefined as physical and sexual voilence being done by one person on other to whom he/she is married.Though the Indian judicary doesnt consider marital rape as a crime but there are proper laws on marital rape in Nepal,bhutan,srilanka.
The section 375 of IPC doesnt consider sex between a girl above age 15 years with her husband as rape. Though many NGO and civil socities have been fighting cases in supreme court that its should be considered as rape and proper punishment should be given
The goverment of india is against criminalising marital rape sighting reasons such as that marriage is a sacred institution in indian society and it will disturb this sacred institution. Other reasons sighted are that it can be misused by women against men wrongly leading to torture of man.
Though NGO and civil socities sight reasons that a women body cannot be controlled by a man and it should be treated as crime. Also women has the right to live with dignity under article 21 and cannot be exploited in name of marriage.
As per National health family survey 3 8.3 percent of women have faced sexual voilence at the hands of thier husbands. Also most of the cases are not registered by police as there are no proper laws .
The need of the hour is that a high level committe should be formed and proper debate should be held taking advices from various institution before coming to any judgement so that the main purpose of recognizing this as criminal act is not wrongly used by one party.
Guys. mera english k marks result me 171.25 hai.
But asnwer key k according 170 questions correct hai, 9 benifit to all and 21 galat hai. To total marks bante hai 170+ 9 -(21/4) = 173.75
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Also give your suggestions , how can I approach SSC for re-evaluation.

Now I have seen everything..... and I reserve my right to Whine and cry....I scored 466... and I have seen people scoring 550!! This is not only ridiculous but a very bad news for people who take last year's cutoff as a reference...for a UR candidate it means a safe rank of 4000 at around 470-475...you can call this prediction crazy but this is what current reality is about... Craziness!
