What were the average marks in Maths and English in CGL 2016?

Just some questions to slightly experienced people (who had appeared last year too):
Though PG portal has limited data set and hence generalisation of this data seems horrible.
So I want to know..
1) what was the trend of high scores in such a public chatting platform last year as it seems that there is flood of guys scoring 480+ this time?
2) How many amony high scorers (i.e 500+) are those, who may have appeared just for fun (like I know an IT Inspector from UP who appears every year to check his strength, though he doesn't go for final DV)?
3) What should be logical cutoff for first 5000 (which may decide IP) and 10000 (which may decide non-IP) candidates in common list?
