492.75 OBC....last yr at this mark OBC rank was 111....es bar kya rank ho skti hai??

My marks got decreased by 3.75 in t2. Earlier also in t1 it got reduced by 0.50. is it will me only or others also happening? Everyone seems to get more marks

This updated vacancy as of May 1, 2018 was uploaded a few hours back (June 11, 2018) on the Ministry of Statistics website. It has comprehensive details about posts filled through CGLE 16 too. Could someone familiar with this, interpret this please? To me it seems like 165+132=297 vacancies were available as on May 1, 2018.
