my analysis on Cut off:
1. Too much wrong questions (120 questions aren't matter of joke).
2. Almost 9k of selected cgl2016 aspirants gave tier 2.
3. Good english marks ( I wonder how on earth every candidates are becoming pundits of English from now on).
