This is for those who are facing problem in challenging the response, making payment , or payment already made but not able to challenge, or challenge already made but not able to see the page saying that " your challenge has been uploaded properly".
Procedure-1 http://spscregistration.nic.in/sicpochallengetestform16/index.jsp?rollno=&&trans_id= copy paste this link and after the '=' sign type your roll no and after the '=' of trans_id type your transaction id ..it will be the of the type IKC000..something like that. This is for those who have already made the payment but not able to challenge.
Procedure-2 This is for those who have made the challenge but received blank screen after hitting submit button on the challenge page.
Stepwise Procedure for successful submission.This might work-
Step-1 Clear all the cache and history from your laptop.
Step-2 Download the notification again from ssc cgl website. Delete the previous pdf file from system as well as from download section.
Step-3 Click on the link given in the downloaded pdf file.
Step-4 You will see a page saying that Some candidates of CGLE-2016 could not make their challenges even after making payments.
This was on account of a temporary technical problem which has since been suitably resolved.
Such candidates can now make their challenges through fresh attempts without requiring to pay again for the same. Click on click here.
Step-5 Those candidates whose payment failed enter your roll no and password.
step-6 Click on challenge.A new browser window will open.
Step-7 Your roll no will already be displayed here. Enter your name. In case your payment failed it will directly take you to the submission page. In case your payment did not fail you will have to pay Rs.100
Step-8 After filling the necessary details click on submit. Now you might again see a blank page with link spscregisteration.nic.in. Even after numerous reloading the page will still be blank, so do not waste your ytime relaoding.
Step-9 Remove the letter "p" from the link in browser window, now it will be readingsscregisteration.nic.in. Hit enter-Now the page will display error.
Step-10 Again insert the letter "p" in the browser window so that the original link is restored. Hit enter.This time the page would say your challenge is uploaded properly.
