Bhailog facing problem in reasoning odd one out of numerical number wala part. Kabhi odd aur even number ka fark guess krne pe answer hota hai ke koi ek number kisi particular digit se divisible hai ya nahi hai and vice versa. Is there any specific way to identify to identify which pattern is suitable in a particular question ????? Hai to bata do bhai :)

FRIENDS PLEASE EXPAIN THESE TWO OPTION, I AM CONFUSED ( TYPE IN ENGLISH, AS I DONT KNOW HINDI)
1.Whats the use of PREVIEW SUBMIT button in the ssc cgl sample test given on site.

Somebody plz help me out.... I filled 2 applications one from Northern reg and other for Western rwgion centre.....NR was fillad later.....but i want to appear for WR....i have got admit card for both.....can i appear for WR centre which i filled earlier ?
