50% questions reduced in Tier I.
Now GK part became more risky, as one mistake makes us to lose 2.5 (2 + 0.5 negative).
There are 10 major topics in GK (including current affairs) and only 25 questions will be given. It means 2-3 question from each topic.
Suppose, History is a very huge topic. they give only 3 questions from history.
Is it better to leave GK, and focus more on other parts like QA?
Please advise me. (I really confused)

Hi Puys,
I just found that Career Power is also offering online test series according to the new pattern of SSC. Can anyone suggest if Career Power series would be a good option or should we rather wait for other institutes (like paramount and KD Campus)to come up with their test series.

Some please clarify . In ssc cgl, for cut off will they count tier1 + tier2 marks or only tier2 marks Also, each question carries 2 marks in tier1. And wrong answer carries 0.50 negative marking . So if i wrongly attempt one question . How much do I loose.?? 1/4 or 1 marks
