I am a student of BA psychology IGNOU, and I will be writing my final year exams in june 2017. I have been preparing very hard for the SSC CGL 2017. My result of the final year will come sometime around September 2017. My question is, If SSC declares date of eligibility (candidate should be a graduate on or before) as 1st august as they did this year, Would I be eligible for the exam ? Please guide me guys...ITS VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT. Reply
