BORED!!!!

Please solve and explain.

Bros plz clear this confusion of mine, A freshly recruited ITI (Income Tax Inspector) through SSC Cgl becomes Ito in 6-8 yrs, then Asst Commissioner in the next 10-12 yrs, then Deputy comm in next 4-5 yrs, Joint comm in 4-5 and finally Addl Comm in next 5 yrs, So basically if you join IT department early, you have a good chance of getting 5 promotions, at the very least 4 promotions are guaranteed, HOW ACCURATE IS THIS THEORY? IF ANYONE HAS GENUINE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT, KINDLY CLEAR MY DOUBTS, I am selected in SSE in Railways, people are giving confusing views on IT inspector
