Seriously tier 3 should not be so much of a deciding factor. One guy went from 4000 to 2000 and one guy went from 4000 to 6000 . I have many cases as such .
Wese socha to bhut achha tha but wo nhi ho paya. Fir bhi 465 wale bando ko bhi bina job ke dekha to bhut dukh hua. Aap logo ke lie sach me bhut bura lag rha h. Is bar ka result bhut hi jyda unpredictable tha. Wish u best of luck for 2017.
