Recently I was going through chsl 2015 tier 2 marks and what I observed that tier 3 was a critical element in deciding your final rank .....Sach me raja to rrank bana Dena Wala ....for example Jyoti Kumari - 114+95, there were 2 other candidates 106+90, 110.25+90 ...I mean these guys create the margin of around 35+ marks when compared to candidates who has 145+ in tier 1....Tier 3 bas AAP bacha Lena

the major mistake people did in tier 3 descriptive was start writing immediately without any blueprint/planning/structuring.
i got the paper , read the question and just started doing rough work/structuring at the back of printout of admit card for first 15 minutes, wrote essay in 15 minutes, did rough work for letter in 15 minutes and wrote in last 15,
people around me finished in 20-30 minutes and were looking at me wondering what i was doing for whole 60 minutes,
i just made a mistake of exceeding word limit
