What an organization SSC is!! Before finalizing CGL 2016 vacancy, tentative vacancy for 2017 is out!!!
This is absurd. Such a long wait. What about the people who are sitting idly expecting to clear but do not qualify when the result comes? Around 2 years will be simply washed away. He/ She could have taken a new degree or could have had some work eperience in some company. Even in the delayed notification SSC had told they would publish the final results by April 2017. This is way off. Pathetic. The candidates have old parents, who are waiting for them to take over. There are friends and relatives who keep on asking them if they got any job. They are ageing and their productive youth is fading away. The frustration is mounting.
Before we forget... The initial vacancies of CGL '16 were less than 4k. Now it has reached upto 10k. And everyone knows same is the case with CGL '17.
But still a selected few elements will accuse someone or another politically and destroy this unique study platform.

Let's say a department reports vacancies, will they be added to cgl 17 or cgl 16?

Now from cgl 17 vacancies, it's confirmed that from now on all the concerned dept vacancies will b added to cgl 17...
