Are bhai Ppt me Kya question a rha he??

In CHSL, SSC declared Tier 2 (Descriptive marks) before final result. So same pattern may be followed in CGL.

Another thing is, the students whose descriptive papers were not evaluated due to medium not mentioned, filed a case against SSC and won the case. It caused delay in recruitment process. Will this repeat in CGL too 🙈

In CPT for Percentage Increase/Decrease column which formula should be preferred ?

1)    =(C6-B6)/B6 %

2)    =(C6-B6)/B6   and change the Number Format to Percentage

Thanks in Advance

PS : Option 1 does not show % sign in the cell and Option 2 does

Voluntary Unemployment

Friends, as the trend might have it, for Indians, preparing for government jobs has always been in vogue - more so in the last decade due to boon in social awareness with the vast expansion of Digital Networks.

Everyone of us might have heard such mindboggling stats: 50 lakhs candidates to appear for Railways examination; 18 lakhs candidates appeared for CGL 2015 examination and so on. What for? For a meagre number of seats in comparison to the applicants. Only a handful of these, less than 5% of those appearing, manage to crack the exam. What about the rest 95%? They are caught up in this vicious cycle to appear next year and so on. Next year more will join their ranks.

As the facts would have it, government sector has around 95% unemployment rate. Still people follow this path of hardship in pursuance of a life less difficult. But is the charm of government sector the only reason for this? No, it isn't. On the contrary, it is the lack of vocational skills and aptitude in the majority of university passouts. They know that they won't grab a job matching their expectations and given their skill level. But expectations are seldom mathced in todays competitive environment.

What do they do? They slam government for non-creation of enough jobs. Instead, they should realise that it is not the government but the private sector which is the major employer in any economy, so much as 90% employment generation is supposed to happen in the private sector. Faced with these facts, those who, without due consideration, push themselves in pursuit of a government job, are pushing themselves into voluntary unemployment, instead. They may have the capacity and they may also have the capability, but even much of these would only add to the woes as the competition becomes more and more stringent.

So hone your skills, do not expose yourself to such hardships, make judicious use of your graduation time and act smartly for the times to come are even more challenging and those blindly pursuing government sector jobs would be faced with nothing but blunt roll over the expectations.

Government is responsible for providing an enabling environment for development of an economy; they are not responsible for creation of a government job for the majority of aspirants out there. @mirzagalib22 @earthquake @pagrawa9 @ace17 @AAO2017 @SrvindR @ajstylez2312 @priti_priti @yuvrajsj

I have filled up AAO as my 4th preference, but I possess only 'essential qualification' (i.e. graduation) and not the desired qualification (CA etc.) Will I be in trouble if I am allotted AAO, because of lacking 'desired qualification'?

in ssc wr region(mumbai),batch 3 (12 pm),they told us to come at 1:30 ,process started from 1:45 pm,cpt completed by 6 pm.staff were cordial.
