While practicing in excel, I am using formulas through formula functions in excel for sum, avg, max,min and others. Is it ok or should i remember the syntax of all and type there ?
If technical irregularities and server problems are the issues....Then no one can guarantee that in future no technical problem will occur...On this ground the entire exam process should not be cancelled....Only those who have suffered should be given chance after thorough investigation....Apart from irregularities is there ny corruption related issue?

Jo log Cgl 2017 ki prep kar rahe hain aur soch rahe hain ki acha ho jaye agar Cgl 16 cancel ho jaye unhe ek insight dena chahunga- Agar cgl16 cancel hota hai to cgl 16 aur 17 dono hi 2017 mein honge (gap of 4-5 months) Aisa hua to maximum vacancies 2016 se fill ho jaengi jo uss waqt tak open hongi aur 2017 ke liye bohot kamm vacancies bachengi.
