cancellation vale fuddu logo ke liye ..Pehle to padhe nai fir case kar dia...case Kia to kehte ki sara exam cancel karo...(bc...in bb ki vines style) fir kehte hamare answer save ni hue...to bhai answer nikle kaha the tumhare xam me....or Kai chu..e to claim karte ha ki hamare 40-50 answer save ni hue....paglat sale..fir kehte server lag tha,to bhen ke 65@10 lag to sabhi ke liye tha...now stop complaining...case to vese bhi haroge, time waste na karo...padh lo ban jaoge kuch...nai to umar nikal jayegi....reexam me bi kuch na ho Payega tumse...
It is true that Supreme Court has ordered an enquiry on SSC CGL 2016. A committee has been formed which has to submit its report by 5th May. Qus 1) Is SSC CGL 2016 gonna cancel altogether. Well, this depends upon the judgement of SC. It depends more on the advocates. I am not questioning anyone's ability. But let me tell you one thing. All government Departments including ssc have thier own legal advisors and some advocates on contract basis. SSC could not represent itself in well manner in SSC CGL 2013 case. And not much has changed in legal team of SSC. 2) Is SSC CGL 2016 going to get delayed ? The good thing is that SC has not stayed the ongoing process of DV / CPT. But court will not allow SSC to publish result until the committee submit its report. The Committee will have to look upon the evidence which will be presented before them. They have to check whether it was a selective leak or a wide-scale leak, if at all there was leakage or impersonation or cheating or technical glitch. Moreover, fixing responsibility , advising remedial step etc. The committee will also record what SSC has to say in this matter. Cosidering what has said above the conclusion is that the result of SSC CGL 2016 may get delayed by anything. 3) Candidates those who have passed, what can they do now ? They can form a group and file a caveat to become the third party in this case, the same was done in SSC CGL 2013 EXAM. Due to Sify SSC at back foot. Enquiry ordered into ssc cgl 2016 discrepancies. Next date is 5th May. Prashant bhushan hired by the petitioners and they r extremely confident and raring to go. Now like 2013 cgl 2016 cgl too in the soup. Fingers crossed.

I don't think the exam is going to be cancelled...!!!
In my views, there are some points in favour of SSC...
* There was no leak AFAIK
* No Malpractices
* Re-exam already conducted for the "MISMANAGEMENT"
* It is a central government exam which takes time and will hinder further exam like CGL 2017
Now, the only issue which i know was Mismanagement at the Centres, on which SSC has already taken the steps...
Moreover, it should be noted that regions like Kolkata, South and NE were spotless.... Personally, I don't think the exam is going to be cancelled but i'm scared too... On a positive note, I'll say this that it is a good thing that Judges are checking video logs because there were no mishappenings like mass cheating etc. during the exam.
P.S. - Let's try to be positive because negativity will fetch nothing...!!!
All and all we should have faith in Supreme Court...!!!

Request to all Puys. If u mail SSC regarding the cancellation rumours or approach Supreme court etc. also make an appeal to ban those false case filing people from all govt exams and services forever. Also they should not be availed any scholarships for study etc.

Doston Mera dv and cpt complete ho gaya hai.. 1 baje Wali batch thi 7 pm ko release ho paaya. Passage and excel to teekh raha lekin ppt ka jo print out aaya usme title uper se lagbhag 10 per cent kata (cut) Hua tha.. To mai samjhu ki I am disqualified.. From cpt Ya fir kuch chances hain.???
