Do reserved category candidates also get general seats despite using the category while filling the forms?
If yes, then there is no use of someone's category rank in Ur?
In rti reply excise zone wise vacancy.. Not applicable mentioned in VH category for all zones..But not received mentioned in hyderabad zone alone.. And zero vacancy mentioned for all other categories.. Does that mean hyderabad vacancies will be added soon if there is any???

guys I have some serious queries regarding DEST first is that speed should be 27wpm with 95% accuracy. whenever I give online typing test they show me two types of speed one is raw speed and another is actual speed which is calculated after taking mistakes in account . my quistion is in dest 27 wpm is raw speed or speed after considering mistakes. another is that does space bar is counted in key stroke. Hope you understand my queries.Please answer...........
Done with CPT and DV in CR- Allahabad. Horrific experience. The process was scheduled to begin at 1 pm, started around 4, and came to an end at 08:30. Make sure that tickets for return are much late if at 1pm slot. Even a friend of mine in 9 am slot got it done only at 04pm. Those who have any doubts regarding Dest/module 1 of CPT, the Paramount material on typing available freely online (someone shared the link) is an excellent practise material. Excel and PPT are easy and okay. Though make sure to Warp Text to fit excel in 1 A4, when required. PPT is a cakewalk, given one has practised enough. Only those who had no idea of basics , though they were many in my room, couldn't make a decent replica of the sample.
Anyone who has doubts regarding reserved category candidates taking up UR seats, this is for them-
See, whether a person gets UR or reserved seat depends on that person's post preference.
For example, let's say an OBC candidate has 700th rank. Now let's say her/his post preference is EMJDAB. Now first they'll check E. E has no post left. Same for M, D, J. Now, there are posts left under A. Now they'll check if UR posts are left. Let's say no UR post is left. Are OBC posts left? Yes. Then she/he would be allotted that reserved post i.e. benefits of reservation have been taken.
Now there is another OBC candidate whose rank is 1400 and prefrence is KMLN%. Are posts under K left? Yes. Are UR posts under K left? Yes. Then that reserved candidate would be given a UR post i.e. benefits of reservation have not been taken.
So, you can see it all depends on post prefrence.
Finally, if a reserved candidate is to be alloted a UR seat, then she/he must not have taken benefit of reservation at any stage. In this case, she/he must not have taken age relaxation; and cleared the UR cutoff in each tier.
P.S.- Last year out of 4506 UR posts, 140 were allotted to OBC and 3 to SC category candidates.
P.P.S- We can safely assume that this year, out of 5401 posts, 200-250 will be taken up by OBC. And 5-10 by SSC. This is the worst case scenario according to me, seeing the results of 2015. Reality could well be far-off from these numbers.
P.P.P.S- Jo koi bheem baba bheem baba karta rehta hai, ye yaad rakho baalakon, ki unfair bhale hi hai, lekin bhootkaal aur vartaman kaal ko dekhte hue tumhe yaad rakhna chahiye ki mehnat karke nikal liye kuchh aur jo reh gaye wo rote-bilakhte reh gaye. Agar tum nikal loge, toh khush raho. Agar reh jaaoge toh rona bandh karo aur CGL 17 ki taiyyari shuru karo.
