hello friends.I appeared from ssc eastern region.Are regions postings their DEST dates diffrently?? If so when would ssc eastern region be holding the test?

Guys in CGGL 2016 notification , regarding obc cerificate it is mentioned that.
"The formats of the certificates are available on our website. Certificates obtained in any other format will not be accepted. Certificate in the prescribed format for Creamy Layer Status for OBC candidates issued between 15.03.2013 and upto 09.09.2016 only will be accepted "
Does that mean for only Creamy layer status this is applicable, and not NC-OBC folks. Can i submit NC-OBC certificate obtained latest i.e, in 2017. ?

1) 10th & 12th marksheet & passing certificate. And their self attested detoxes 2) degree and all SEM marksheets and their self attested Xerox 3) Id proof original and Xerox 4) photographs 5) post preference form These are all the things that have to be taken for DV right ? Please tell if I'm missing out anything
Guys Who have a OBC certificate Issued after the prescribed Date in the notification . Vote here . I think we have a chance if SSC would not accept the Latest certificate , because in Notification there was a mistake . They did not mention any time frame for Non-Creamy Layer OBC certificate, but they did (probably by mistake) for Creamy layer OBC certificate. We can use this to make SSC accept our Latest OBC certificates.
- I have a OBC certificate before the prescribed Period.
- I have a OBC certificate in the prescribed Date but not in the format.
- I have a OBC ceritificate after the Prescribed Period
- I do not have a OBC certificate currently. But will be taking one now.

aaj SSC - TUBE ka live video dekh raha tha .. usme bola ki examiner bharne wale soch samjh kar examiner bhare. 2013 k batch k kayi logo ne resign kar diya hai .. koi reason to hoga isiliye soch samjh kar bhare..
