An OBC guy comes in top 10 (1st in his scategory) in final result.
Suppose he want ITI delhi but as we know that there is only 1 UR seat there so let's say it will go to AIR 1. Isn't the category guy at an disadvantage because if he had got ITI through his quota he would have been able to get Delhi? how does the allocation happens in such case? i was checking 2015 rank list and many OBC guys were selected as UR. Won't they be at disadvantage in terms of location posting?
