Kisi ki word limit cross kiye bina bhi sheet bharee hai? Paragraph change karne me line chhodna, address date salutation ke beech bhi line chhodne ke baad. I mean kahi sheet bharee dekhkar zyada to nhi maan lenge examiner.

We are underestimating an officer of IAS cadre, they (SSC) are smarter than us, moreover they know what skillsets they are looking for from candidates at this stage, English or GS.... So I guessed that a topic of this sort would come.
If an expected topic like demonetization is given, they also know that these guys can byheart 250 words from a govt circular or yojana or any source , and can exactly reproduce... In that case where is the test of skill? Even if my grammar is worst by simply reproducing what I had mugged up, I could avoid the risk of exposing my weaklink right?...
So I think SSC did right in giving a random and unexpected topic... just my views..
