Letter to railway minister regarding the frequent train derailments in the country and measures to mitigate them in near future. Can we include "government seeking justification by railways on budget allocation and expenditure as most of the derailments are due to faulty tracks "??
can we write fake name and address for letter writing or are we supposed to to write xyz for name?
I am from OBC Category but I have my Central cast certificate dated 22/9/2016 .. date mentioned in notification is 9/9/2016 So during document verification will I be disqualified? I am not able to study for Tier 3 bcz of this plz any OBC ppl here suggest me some solutions

1. Fr letter writing every word right from adress,date,subject etc to be counted within limit? 2. Puctuations are to be written in a separate block or in the same as the previous word is written? 3. is there any relaxation like( +-5/10)regarding word limit for both essay n lettr?

Bhaiyo cpt ke 19 march ke kitne dino bad hone ke chance hai. Kya cpt tier3 ke result ke pahle ho sakta hai kyonki ssc ne pahle hi tier 1 and tier 2 ke aadhar par charo lists document or cpt ke liye bana di hai.
