bhai log i had 439.5 as per official keys, after correction i might have reached 445-446(cant b sure) , Can a good descriptive of 60 + fetch me auditor post , or chances are very dim even after scoring that.

Candidate who scored 450marks nd da one wid 440 marks ..if the latter scored gud in descriptive nd might be able to get more total out of 700 den the will he be considered for css or not..cant understand the reason for seperate dest and cpt..Me in dilemma..puys wat u think..
I have qualified as per list 4, but I was 27+ at the time of exam form filling so didn't think I was eligible for these posts. So now should I appear for tier 3 for these posts ? What all is included in tier 3?
