A basic query still want to get it cleared.
Let's say there are 10 UR vacancies,5 OBC vacancies.
In final rank list if in top 10 there are 5 UR,5 OBC guys then will those OBC guys get the UR post or the OBC one. if they get the UR post then it will mean that 5 OBC vacancies are filled by next 5 OBC candidates. Can someone with knowledge about this shed some light on it?

Aaj abhi 15 minutes pehle mere saath ek incident hua. Main woh aapke saath share karna chahata hoon.
Actually I study away from my home. So mere nearby ek park hai. Kyuni it is winters time so main last week se wahan 45-60 minutes rest ke liye jaata tha. Today when I was lying on a bench in teh park, a polic official came and asked me to leave. When I asked him the reason for this, he told me that it is not a government park but belongs to the people living in that sector.
I think this was wrong. SRK ko jab sab yeh country chodke ke pakistan jaane ki kah rahe the kyunki usne kaha tha ki yahan intolerave hai. To kya galat kaha usne. Aaj mere saath jo hua woh bhi to ek intolerace hi hai.
