A very sane n logical solution to upcoming t3 misfortune------#copied HELLO SSC TUBE THIS PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED if marks are allotted on the lines similar to that of interviews. first of all no one should be failed in this t3 like used to happen in interviews. den marks should be given in ranges. like a bad interview used to fetch 40 mrx avg. interviews 50-60 mrx n excellent sessions with 72, 73 not more than 75. similarly a bad essay 40 avg ones 50-60 n excellent one's up till 75. otherwise same may happen in cgl t3 as had happened in chsl some people will end up getting 90-95 Marks n in that case SSC SHOULD DIRECTLY RECRUIT BLOGGERS N WRITERS.
