One of my friend passed his graduation on 1st September 2016 but he has scored very good in the cgl,around 460..will he be disqualified?
In the CHSl 2015 notification, it has been mentioned that OBC certificates isued between 14.07.2012 and upto 09.01.2016 will be considered. I am not having any non craemy layer certificate issued between these dates. If I produce a new certificate issued in 2017 will it be accepted? Or will my candidature be cancelled? Any experienced person pls comment :( Even in CGL 2016 there are 2 dates mentioned..
