Last year pre cut off: 102,
This year: 137.5
Last year Tier 1 +Tier 2 cut off : 410
Considering tier 2 difficulty was almost at the same level
expected This year : 410+35.5=445.5
considering these factors ,safe score for 4200 gp post is 445 +20=465,
however unlike last year ,this year we have tier 3 instead of interview,
assuming average score in tier 3 to be 55, 520/700 is safe score for 4200 gp posts and for other posts it must be around 500/700.
(Assume an error range of +-5 marks. )
So dont lose hope,even if you manage to clear tier 2 cut off marginally, An amazing performance in tier 3 can still save the day for you.
How to solve this?
I feel we should be writing to ssc, requesting them to maintain uniform standards for Tier 3 evaluation. For eg in UPSC, if a candidate gets too high or too low marks, the chief examiner rechecks the whole paper. They also maintain similar standards for evaluating answers by discussing it before hand. Now if ssc repeats what happened in their other exam, then one year of effort will hinge more on the mood of examiner than your actual effort. This is seen by the range of marks awarded. Almost from 5 up till 95!! Single handedly this can change the complexion of the whole competition. So please do write to SSC, requesting them to maintain some standards for tier 3.

Please koi ye confusion door kar do. Cos 1110°can be written as cos (6*180+30) to iska value iss hisaab se -√3/2 ( third quadrant) hoga.... Lekin phir agar hum isko likhe cos (3*360+30) to phir ye +√3/2 ho jayega (1st quadrant). Can't understand the logic properly
