I doubt if one have to separately qualify each stage of CGL I.e. tier 1, tier 2, tier 3. As seen from CHSL results, Tier 2 result has been prepared on the basis of tier 2 only (cutoff of only tier 2 is given ). Also, in the notification of CGL, it was clearly mentioned that merit will be prepared based on combined scores obtained in all 3 tiers, but ONE HAVE TO SEPARATELY QUALIFY ALL THE 3 TIERS. so.. beware.. there could be a tier 2 cutoff out of 400 only, then a tier 3 cutoff out of 100. 😑😑
In chsl 2016 notification ssc has clearly mentioned that there will be two separate cut off list for deo and ldc/pa/court Clark. For deo you have to clear written and descriptive paper cut off as may be fixed by commission, will be called for skill test.(same procedure for ldc/pa and court Clark).candidate who qualify in the skill test/ typing test will be recommended for appointment on the basis of their performance in tier1 and tier2.😁
