Cut-off Prediction for CGLE-2016 Tier-II

This year's Tier-I cut-off went as high as 35 compare to last year. Questions asked this year's Tier-II were little bit tough compare to last year so cut for Tier-II will not be effected by Tier-II whereas, the cut-off will increase for Tier-I paper only. Considering 9000+ vacancy this year, alteast 4 times of total vacancies i.e., 36000 candidates will be called for Tier-III, where as 24700 candidates were called for DV last year. For the additional 11300 candidates, cut-off may go as low as 10 marks. As Tier-III is newly introduced for all candidates, a single cut-off will be set for all candidates (except Statistics and AAO ). From the aforesaid assumption it may conclude that cut-off for this year's Tier-II may be = 410 (last year NIP cut-off) + 35 ( for this year's Tier-I easy paper) - 10 (for the additional candidates to be called for Tier-III) = 435

Need your view guys!!!

Authentic ?

For AAO: According to the notification, 'The selected candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or with desirable qualification will preferably be allocated to Commercial stream based on administrative requirement and subject to availability of vacancy' Iska matlab kya hai? Final scores ke baad raw score ke basis pe hi allocation hoga ya commerce n non-commerce background wala bhi koi distinction hoga?

How to solve this?
