sir, with due respect i would like to state that i appeared in the mains exam of SSC CGL Exam 2016 on 01/12/2016 at kolkata center. During my morning shift of Quantitative Aptitude paper i have attempted 82 questions but after the submit of the exam it was showing my attempted question as 66 only. I do not know why it has happened. Some other aspirants have also faced the same server problem at my centre.
My humble request to you sir If possible then kindly look into the matter as my years of preparation has wasted because of this server problem.

Just spoke to the SSC head office.
I also spoke to Pgportal, they clarified that all complaints regarding the exam have to filed with SSC. If SSC dosen't reply to your queries only then you can complaint about SSC to Pgportal.
It would be great if anyone who have filed a grievance can show us where in the notification has it written that grievances have to be filed with pgportal?
All grivances regarding SSC CGL Tier 2 should be sent to Regional Directors of respective regions through an email-id and in a fomat. It should not be sent to PGPortal. said the Regimonal Director of Norther Region SSC.

I think the notice being put out would invite emails from everyone whose exam went bad.. How will SSC figure out which candidates are faking ?
