bhaaisaab boht cheating ho rhi Tier 2 mein. School mein b kabi itnee cheating ni dekhi. Majaak bna diya aaj toh. Invigilator ne last half n hour mein door band kr diya and said" Do whatever you want to do without making noise." Beech mein 15-20 min server down tha toh sub aapas mein answers discuss krne lage. New Delhi mein ye scene h toh, aur jagah kya ho rha hoga. Someone please guide me how and to whom should I complain about all this??

as last year non interview cut off was 410...seeing cut off increase of 35 in pre and high level of paper of tier 2 in comparison to this year and the server issues...cut off will increase maximum by 20 marks..so for tier 3 all the persons above 430 marks will be called as this time there is no interview....this can be seen as a great opportunity for those who are thinking that they are 10-20 marks short.....moat of the people will not take descriptive seriously...but who takes it seriously can easily get an edge of 10-20 marks in tier 3 and can cover the previous shortage of marks.....
