Dear readers,
As you all know, Staff Selection Commission has recently issued the notification of SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) 2015 Exam. As per the notification, there is no change in the pattern and syllabus of the exam and Tier I exam will be held on 9th & 16th August 2015.
In order to provide more information on SSC CGL 2015 Exam, we are presenting you this article.
Mode of the exam: The CGL 2015 examination will be conducted in offline mode. In this regard, SSC has mentioned in the notification that, "The Commission reserves the right to make changes in the scheme of examination such as conduct of Tier-I and Tier-II examination in on-line mode, treating Tier-I examination as only qualifying and not conducting personality test cum interview for some or all posts etc".

Important Dates:
Starting date for online registration: 2nd May 2015
For Part I - Last date for online registration: 28 May 2015 (5pm)
For Part II last date: 1 June 2015 (5pm)
SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) Examination will be conducted in three tiers as indicated below:
1. Tier -I -- Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
2. Tier -II -- Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
3. Tier -III -- Personality Test cum Interview/Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill Test (wherever applicable)/Document Verification
Pattern of the SSC CGL 2015 PRE (Tier I) exam

NOTE:
There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Tier-I.
Questions will be of Objective Type Multiple Choice, set both in Hindi and English in respect of Parts A, B and C.

Note: Questions in this component will be aimed at testing the candidates' general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. C. Quantitative Aptitude: The questions will be designed to test the ability of appropriate use of numbers and number sense of the candidate. In this section questions are asked from different topics which include:
