I want to know if there's any difference, or if any preference is given to candidates who come in regular batch!

Guys when will admit cards come for the pre 2015 ?
Hello Guys want to know if anyone is aware about 9aug and 16th Aug being the final dates for tier-1 exam or some delay is expected considering the past? Heard that ssc has released admit cards for few regions is it correct? I want to put leaves at my office if dates are final will put accordingly.
