1. preference form ke sath jo attestation form bhejna h... usme identification form( jise gazzeted se verify karwana h) bhi included h kya....????
2. attestation form ( in duplicate ) as stated in notification issued by cag ... ka kya meaning hua.. xerox of filled form or something else ???????
