hey guys, i was going through last years nominations, and there were many people, who were not nominated and had remarks as, documnt verification required, If DV is done prior to selection, why called again?

If a person belongs to OBC category but in final result he got his desire post as a GENERAL. Now will that fellow be considered as a OBC for allocating zone or state ? OR,
Will that fellow be considered GENERAL while allocating zone because he was considered GENERAL IN final result?

Any news regarding joining in CSS? Someone told me that there is something regarding the willingness form but when I call dopt they said there is no such thing declared yet. Clear my doubt.
