Agar maine ek post ka preference 4th number pe bhara h aur mujhse kam marks waale bnde ne wohi post apni first preference bhari h toh vacancy allot karte samay mujhe preference milegi ya dusre bnde ko??

Hi Guys..apologies for asking an off topic question... I got 414.5 marks in ssc cgl 2014(tier I+ tier II) and my DEST was exceedingly well. In post preference form I had indicated preference for TA CBEC which I should have got(cutoff for Gen : 399). The query is what should be done in such a case? TIA
