there are only 15 seats for Income tax in delhi region. How many marks will suffice for general category? and till what all india rank can someone get income tax in delhi??

I have been following two threads on Pagalguy for last 4 months - SSC CGL 2014 and SBI PO. On the SBI page never have I witnessed a single irrelevant post but here on SSC page some people keep on littering. I find myself unable to figure out why they do so. Guys there are several other platforms where you can satiate your animal instincts. Keep this thread clean and post only those items which are beneficial and informative. At least try to prove that all of us are the real evolutional successor of the Chimpanzee i.e. a human being and nothing else.
Total number of candidates in the state allocation of ITI's through CGLE
2013 (which was prepared on the basis of dossiers received) is 1447. But the
total no. of candidates selected for ITI in CGLE 2013 was 1632.
Does this mean the balance 185 posts will be added in CGLE 2014?
Similar case in DA, there are 20 vacant posts.
