Respected Sir,The age limit for Combined Graduate Level Exam, which is conducted by SSC is only 27 years as compare to other examinations like UPSC civil service Exam for which it is 32 years. Even the age limit for Railway Exam is 33 years, whereas for IBPS PO (Banking Services) it is 30 years. Those who belongs to the General category has to suffer a lot. We take 3-4 years to become a graduate. After being a graduate, there are only few attempts left for General Category candidates to appear for CGL exams considering 1 to 2 years of preparation for the exam. Also the expert committee for recruitments to group B non- gazetted posts recommended age limit to be fixed at 30years back in 2006 itself. The matter is in DOPT for last many years buts no progress has been made so far. If age limit is increased to 32 years for CGL exam, then youth of the nation will have 5 additional chances who otherwise are jobless considering the limited chances one gets till the current age limit of 27 years. Its very imperative and reasonable issue. We request you to look into this and change the age limit for CGL exams from 27 years to 30 years with an umbrella notification for all departments and ministries, so that the youth of the nation can have more chance to get a government job and serve the nation. Thanks Govt. Job Aspirants.

# GUYS AB # HUME # PMO KO BHI # BHJNA HOGA.. link to PMO Grievance CATEGORY- # other # central # gov http://pmindia.gov.in/en/interact-with-honble-pm/ MATTER TO BE SENT SUBJECT-INTERVENTION REQUIRED FROM PMO LEVEL TO DIRECT DOPT TO IMPLEMENT GUIDELINES ISSUED IN 2010 WHICH ARE NOT YET IMPLEMENTED RESPECTED SIR, THIS IS TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION TOWARDS THE DELAY IN IMPLEMENTING THE GUIDELINES OF RECRUITMENT RULES ISSUED BY DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND TRAINING. AS PER GUIDELINES IN THE OM DATED 31.12.2010 (No. AB 14017/13/2013-Estt (RR)) ISSUED BY THE DOPT ITSELF,IT IS MENTIONED THAT THE UPPER AGE LIMIT OF POSTS CARRYING GRADE PAYS OF Rs 4200,Rs 4600 MUST BE 30 YEARS.BUT THE AGE LIMIT FOR MOST OF THE POSTS RECRUITED THROUGH COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL EXAMINATION IS STILL 27 YEARS.THIS IS INJUSTICE TO THE LAKHS OF CANDIDATES WHO ARE TAKING CGLE EVERY YEAR. IN THIS REGARD I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION THAT WE HAVE LODGED THOUSANDS OF GRIEVANCES FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS TO DOPT ON PGPORTAL WHERE REPLIES FURNISHED BY DOPT IS OF AMBIGUOUS CHARACTER AND DECEIVE US ON MANY OCCASIONS.FOR INSTANCE,AS PER PGPORTAL COMPLAINT NO DOPAT/E/2015/04284,DOPT BELIEVES THAT THE GRIEVANCE APPLICATIONS ARE ALSO TO BE REPLIED BY USER DEPARTMENTS WHEREAS, MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS WITH REGARD TO PGPORTAL COMPLAINT NUMBER MINHA/E/2016/00799 DENIED ITS ROLE IN THE MATTER AND CLEARLY SAID "MATTER PERTAINS TO DOPT".MANY OTHER USER DEPARTMENTS HAVE ALSO SAID THAT MATTER PERTAINS TO DOPT WHICH CAN BE VERIFIED BY THESE PGPORTAL NUMBERS MEAPD/E/2016/00512 DPOST/E/2016/02327 ,CBODT/ E/2016/02184. IT IS IMPORTANT TO POINT OUT HERE THAT WE HAVE ALREADY LOST VALUABLE CHANCES OF APPLYING FOR ALL CGLE POSTS DUE TO UNWILLINGNESS OF DOPT TO IMPLEMENT ITS OWN GUIDELINES.PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE GETTING AGED AND CGLE,2016 IS OUR LAST ATTEMPT TO APPLY FOR ALL POSTS.IF DOPT DOESN'T AMEND THE AGE LIMIT TO 30 YEARS OUR CAREER WILL GET RUINED AND DOPT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.IS IT JUSTIFIED THAT TOP POLICY MAKING ORGANISATION LIKE DOPT ITSELF IS DEPRIVING PEOPLE FROM JUSTICE ? THEREFORE,I BEHALF OF LAKHS OF CANDIDATES SEEK PMO INTERVENTION AT THE EARLIEST TO AVOID ANY FURTHER DELAY AND PMO MUST DIRECT TO DOPT TO IMPLEMENT ITS GUIDELINES FROM CGLE,2016.

Some Random Tips for your Quant Section     1...To find greater between fractions without calculating their decimal values. Here is a short example: Consider 4/5 and 6/7 Cross multiply the numerator and denominator of both the fractions. 4 × 7 = 28            6 × 5 = 30 30 > 28 so the fraction carrying 6 as numerator is greater, i.e. 6/7 > 4/5 * You can use this method when you are asked to find out the greatest or smallest among given fractions.   2..Method to solve mixed fractions. Here is an example: Consider finding the value for 2(1/3) + 4(2/7) + 5(1/6). This can be calculated as: (2 + 4 + 5) + [(1/3) + (2/7) + (1/6)] = 11 + (14 + 12 + 7)/42 = 11 + 33/42 = 495/42 Now similarly 2(1/3) + 4(2/7) – 5(1/6) = (2 + 4 – 5) + [(1/3) + (2/7) – (1/6)] = 1 + (14 + 12 – 7)/42 = 1 + 19/42 = 61/42     3...Radical Symbol (√) When x^2 = 25, then x = 5 and -5 because 5 × 5 = 25 and also (-5) × (-5) = 25 But when x = √25 or 25^1/2, then x = 5 only because when radical symbol is used, we can take only positive (or zero) values.     4...Squares of numbers ending with 5. Consider examples: (25)^2 = 2 × 3 | 5 × 5 = 625 (85)^2 = 8 × 9 | 5 × 5 = 7225 (105)^2 = 10 × 11 | 5 × 5 = 11025    5..Multiplication with number 15. 120 × 15 = 120 + (120/2) = 120 + 60 = 1800 162 × 15 = 162 + (162/2) = 162 + 81 = 2430 185 × 15 = 185 + (185/2) = 185 + 92.5 = 2775

This is worth reading..motivational as well as good for English comprehension..:) ....... .... Two targets with a bow........ Dailogue Between Ego and Spirit - Ignited Minds I recently re-read Dr. Kalam's "Ignited Minds" - every page is so full of inspiration, experience...must read for every Indian especially youth. Dr. Kalam ends the book with an excellent story summarizing his thoughts. The story is titled "Dailogue between Ego and Spirit" and here it goes:                         EPILOGUE “I was thinking what can summarize the book aptly…I recall reading a story on internet about a conversation between two babies…Ego and Spirit…while in womb. Spirit says to Ego, ‘I know you are going to find this hard to accept, but I believe there is life after birth.’ Ego responds, ‘Don’t be foolish. Look around you. This is all there is. Why must you always be thinking about something beyond this reality? Accept your lot in life.’ Spirit quietens down for a while, but not for long. ‘Ego, now don’t get angry, but I also believe that there is a Mother. A Mother! Ego laughs. How can you say that? You’ve never seen a Mother, you don’t know what Mother is.Why can’t you accept that this is all there is? You are here alone with me. This is your reality. ‘Ego’, Spirit begs, please listen. What about those constant pressures we both feel, those movements that make us so uncomfortable sometimes, the feeling that we are being squeezed in as we grow? I think we shall soon have a new life, that we shall see light.’ Spirit tries not to bother Ego again but cannot resist one last try. ‘Ego,’ she says, ‘I will not bother you again. But I do believe that after all this discomfort not only shall we see light but also experience the bliss of meeting Mother. Ego’s reply is ofcourse, that Spirit is truly mad. What I want to tell the people of my country through this book is that they must never be content with that which has been presented to them……" - Dr. Kalam.
