I have received my call letter and my GD PI is on 27th at Ahmedabad

10th- 62.14%
12th- 69.20%
Grad.(b.com)- 68.44%
Mat Feb- 94.57%tile
CAT-49.51%tile

As my english is not so good but i m improving on this. wat r my chance to get admission in BIMM. And pls suggest me some GD topics

Your academics are good n moreover MAT score is good..Just keep a confident body language and speak your mind during GD.dont remain silent.

Hi,
I m interested in telecom management, but i am not sure about its future as per job n placements r concern. Also, is the study for the two yrs and job profile after that totally technical like engg.?
Will i be considered only for jobs related to telecom or wud i b eligible for general mba(HR, Marketing, Systems etc) posts also?
Is telecom management given the same status as other specialized PGDM in industry and corporate?
Can any1 plz help me have a better picture of my query??????

What is my chances for final selection.........
what is weight age of academics and MAT score...............?
i m really worried about my selection, My PI was not good.
They are asking all G.K's to me............m very poor in that
but rather then G.K i gave d other answer quite well.

Dont worry your academic background is quit well and the weightage for CAT/MAT score is only 30% rest 30% weightage for GD , 30% weightage for PI. So a good chances that you will get through

u can't apply to balaji society colleges since one of the prerequisite for their courses is 60 % throughout
(i.e. xth,xiith and grad.):shock::shock::shock:

I have given Telecom as my 1st and 2nd preferences and my GD/PI is over, can i now hope to get PM & HRD, i want to do my mba in HR so desperatly wishing to get HR.
Seniors plz help me, if i have a provision to change my specialization if i get a call and do not get HRDcoz it would then mean a change from BITM to ohter BIMHRD or BIMM?

Well I would just like to say that last year many of my friends applied for this college.All had percentile ranging from 80-90 in CAT and 93-99 in DEC MAT and 55-65 in SNAP. But none of them got a call from BIMM the best of them(I think).But all of them got admission in some of the best colleges. Donno wat is their criteria for admission.

- The criteria is not only CAT/MAT score,that hold 30% weightage and other things are how well some one performs in GD/PI then all things get cumulate.
- That is CAT/MAT score weightage 30%
GD 30% weightage
PI 30% weightage
rest 10% for essay writing
- At the end college decides how best you are fitted for. Let me tell you one thing all 4 college are equally good in terms of Placements(its centralized), faculties, infrastructure, management and all re AICTE approved.

See your GD/PI is already done so just wait for the results and if you will get through then send request application to college as soon as result will be declare.If seats will be available you can change your college.

hey..can anyone from mumbai confirm if they have received their GD / PI admit card till now.. coz its been almost 2 months that i sent my forms.. n all i got was a brochure..

Ps - im quite sure that i satisfy all the eligibility criterias of BIMM

Well how in the world u hope to get PM & HR when u registered Telecom as 1st and 2nd preferences????

If you get then i wud believe that colg has no criteria to award Specializations.....

AS Far as I know you wud get Telecom ..If you are an engg.
(b.e or b.tech)........

NO OFFENCE ..BUT FRND ...TAKE UR CAREER A BIT MORE SERIOUSLY AND TAKE A VERY WISE DECISION.....

IN case it was a genuine mistake....(a very big one not to mention)....And u want to do HR.....MY FRND DO NOT HESITATE TO CANCEL TO ADMISSION AND LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS....THIS WIL BE UR FINAL CHANCE AT ACADEMICS ....MAKE A VERY INFORMED AND THOROUGH DECISION WATEVER IT IS:cheerio::cheerio::cheerio:

This is for the placement and admission co-coordinators of BIMM ........today i came across the ad of BIMM printed in Times of India Delhi edition Article Window and according to that advertisement only 385 students have been placed till now while on this forum one of the co-coordinator mentioned that 500 students have been placed till 21 march .....

So its a serious issue because there is a lot of difference between what you guys are saying and what institute is advertising officially and that too through a national level news paper.......so i would like to request all those who are guiding us for admissions in BIMM that please be honest while presenting facts as we aspirants believe more on your words rather than college.....

Its a humble request ......please don't take it in negative way. My intentions are not to create any controversy but to make things transparent

what i think is if you are eligible for ur 1st preference.. then u are for the remaining also..then its on ur wish what u choose.. it will be better that u call the college's admission counselor..

The exact figure is 477 (society)!! which may increase by 10 or 15 by tommorow (we have a couple of companies today on-campus )!!
BIMM is 208/358 !! (btw, am a placement co-ordinator at BIMM)

My dad gave me a call last to last week when it was 400 (he read in TOI)!! Please read a fresh news paper
