Is the amount that is to be deposited 24th march .... refundable!!! incase i chose to forfeit my seat .. later on
Also is their any tie-up with banks for education loan facility .Kindly reply soon !!!!! as its quite urgent

Yes, u can send the draft by post bt mention ur name, SNAP ID n specialization on d bk of it....
Kindly go through the admn brochure for refund rules.... Once u pay d fees thn at later stage sm part is refundable according to d time specified.... I guess u shd make a decision be4 paying d fees.... Thr is no tie up as of nw bt u do gt a loan letter on wch u easily gt a loan 4m any bank....

The fees of hostel n mess is 4 one year and its compulsory to stay in hostel as its a residential program.... Kindly go through earlier posts dear sm thing hz been posted time n again....
Still I ll reply ur query.... Placements r same 4 both the specialization plus once u hv selected a specialization u cannot change it....
i opted 4 m&f; & i m in wl-41 in open category so srs plz temme wat r d chances dat waiting list will get cleared
& will cum 2 know abt our seat till???

Dude...u r now taking this FARCE thing a little too far....u know what?..u r infact insulting everyone who's been selected and the ones who'll eventually study @SITM...In ur previous posts u've mentioned that anyone with poor academics do not stand a chance..right? And the overall profile is the decisive thing when it comes to selection,irrespective of how well u perform in the GD/PI?I've also seen guys complaining that their GD/PI performance was very good and inspite of that they've not been selected...buddy...can u please define "very good"? How can u be so sure that others weren't better?
And Cra4w...lemme prove to u that poor academics is not a big handicap and can be overcome...and the fact that SITM has had a fair selection process......My profile should be good enough to prove it..so here goes..
10th --> 67%
12th--> 58%
Grad(B-Tech)--> 73.5%
In my engineering placements, I wasn't even shortlisted by 70% of the companies but at the end of the placement season, I walked out with the best job that was on offer...In my company, I edged out a number of IITans to win the best employee award...U still think academics is the ultimate weapon in a person's arsenal????
Now comes SNAP:
My SNAP score: 92.25 (Yes..exactly the Marketing cutoff...so I was the last person to have been shortlisted and was already behind everyone since SNAP score carried 25% of the final marks).
Calls : SCIT and SITM(Marketing)
Conversions : SCIT and SITM(Marketing)..both in the merit list

In the PI, they asked me a question on MVNOs, but was not able to give a good answer so I was a bit worried about my chances but made it eventually.. Now tell me bro...why the heck did these two Symbi colleges select me?? They sure had guys with excellent academic background and very high SNAP score....give it a thought..u'll understand that they'd given everyone an equal opportunity to perform....
I think ur academics is also not that good and so u think that they had a bias against you..if they had..I wouldn't have been selected..
I personally know guys who had second division in graduation and still made it to the top B-Schools in India (yes...also the IIMs..)...So, dude stop crying foul...
see guys I told u its fair!!! we in our batch have ppl wth 92% as well as 58 % in CBSE boards. so we love playin fair game.
And some1 questioning about Hyoela....well its a very small VAS company jus on the lines of SMSGupShup, etc. But we in SITM never hide the reality as many instis. If any company(however small it may be..) comes and takes even 1 candidate, we respect them and put their name on the website. We never like to do propaganda of our placements. And personally speaking when I decided to go for SITM, I never bothered to fill SCIT, SIOM forms coz after doing exhaustive research I got my stats right!!!

hey can any of the seniors confirm the fees part of SITM?? The 60,000 mentioned as hostel fees is 6 monthly or yearly?? Nothing regarding this has been mentioned on the site..

wel it is mostly yrly...
as we also had a similar fee structure..
so it shud be yearly fees for u too...
i.e 60000 per yr for hostel...30000 per yr for mess...

last year dere were 2 waitlists .... evn d ppl 4m dat made it 2 SITM
so d ppl on dis waitlist hav a pretty gud chance....
so jst hang in dere.... nd pray dat d ppl abv us get a bettr altrnative.... nd den mayb v can get a chance 2 study in dis awesome college....

Bro..I think the waiting list about which seniors are talking about will be divided from this list only...because first waiting list is yet to come n it would be of around 15 guys from this list...second waiting list would once again contains around 15-20 people...then if there is any need they would announce 3 waiting list (ehich generally consist 5-7 people or even 1-2)...tht what i think the scenario would be...
P.S--I am nt any senior,,,an aspirant like u...who is at waiting number 33
