and most of the hindi stuff in the documents received are gibberish cos i dont have hindi fonts .. what font should i install ..

we have received 2 copies of offer letter by post, along with acceptance letter should we have to send one of the copy out of those we received by post or by taking print out of the one that we received by mail?
both are same bt i have a doubt since the copy which is received by post contains seal and sign of the undersigned in every page whereas the one which we received by mail doesnt.
