Guys we can challenge them in court...how can they fail us in interview..we cud have been selected..had we got even qualifying marks...wat do you say...?? And I believe everyone of us knows where we stand ..we r not so poor that we cant even get qualifying marks
Is there any guy who is failed by lucknow panel?
interviews do have cutoffs....some of my friends who got more than 160 in ibps po failed in interview...every exam do have interview cutofffs....but unless v do interview much worst , panel never fails...but about some panel v cant say anything...bcoz most panels starts the score with cutoff mark and based on our performance v get extra marks...

I think that the f**king Mumbai panel forgot that interview is for 100 and seems like they thought it to be 50 .... Espicially that LADYYYY.... 👊👊👊👊👊.. She deserve a lot more...
What the actual Hell... 189.75 in Written and they bloody fail me with 38 in Interview... still getting more than the lower cutoff for Main list. Dont know what to say or feel.. 😞
I think it's not a gr8 idea by the banks simply calling up ppl(for d interview) n filling d nos.! I did the maths, for a person getting just the cut off,he would need 95 marks in interview to get selected! Is this a joke? Same case in ibps po this year! It would be interesting to know if anyone right on the border actually converted. Coz that is the whole rationale. That if someone does to the best of his capabilities in interview he sails through! I don't think they give 95 marks or so to anyone. If they had given still fair enough, otherwise it's a very flawed system. I know ppl don't feel so confident even after securing 10-20 marks more than the cut off, but the point is everyone who makes to the interview should have a chance! For those who performed better in written easier for them, n for others more difficult. But everyone should have an outside chance! But they have taken away even that! It's obviously upto the banks to reflect, we can't do anything about it.
Atleast good that these SIDBI guys did not reveal written exam marks after interview like IBPS because i would have thrown a party before hand... THANK GOD
Dear friends I think we must complain sidbi about the Mumbai. Panel and request them for justice via bringing. Facts without our request they will not take any step
Many of us think to MoveOn and prepare for other exam but Why to leave the present. Opportunitiey we have strived hard and deserve in and should not let the injustice happen are we so coward that any one can play with us

This is my personal feelings:
I think somebody who did good in both, written and interview got through... few lost the chance due to bad luck... prepare harder now for upcoming exams.. ATB
