SIDBI Grade A (General) Recruitment 2016

30th march last date for interviews...... So when we expect our written marks???

Centre: Mumbai. Easiest interview ever! My answer to most of the questions "I m sorry I don't know" ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ˆ

Expectation of Mumbai Panel: Keep your mouth shut and keep talking ๐Ÿ˜› ๐Ÿ˜›

They asked me Capital Adequacy of BOB, No. of countries where BOB have branch, Risk weighted assets of BOB, Nibble, BIOS, Overdraft and Cash Credit me NPA kb hta h and the moment I opened my mouth to barely speak a word they said point to point ans do and then didn't listened anything and said ki recovery k steps then I said SARFAESI ACT suddenly they said thanx.ย

Beijjati krni thi to Call krke kr lete :pย

Lets assume that interview is of 100 marks which would be scaled to 15 to get the final score...now what can be the minimum, maximum ans average marks out of 100?

SO marks out...anybody who gave??

Anyone here with 150-155 attempts? Or m I d only one !!...Everyone here seems to have much higher attempts thereby putting one foot already on the job :)

A Different Perspective....

A teacher teaching Maths to six-year-old Brian asked him, "If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?"

With a few seconds Brian replied confidently, "Four!"ย The dismayed teacher was expecting an effortless correct answer (three). She was disappointed. "May be the child did not listen properly," she thought.

She repeated, "Brian, listen carefully. It is very simple. You will be able to do it right if you listen carefully. If I give you one apple and one apple and one apple, how many apples will you have?"

Brian had seen the disappointment on his teacher's face. He calculated again on his fingers. But within him he was also searching for the answer that will make his teacher happy. This time hesitatingly he replied, "Four..."

The disappointment stayed on teacher's face. She remembered Brian loves strawberries. She thought maybe he doesn't like apples and that is making him lose focus.
This time with exaggerated excitement and twinkling eyes she asked, "If I give you one strawberry and one strawberry and one strawberry, then how many will Brian have?" Seeing the teacher happy, young Brian calculated on his fingers again. There was no pressure on him, but a little on the teacher. She wanted her new approach to succeed. With a hesitating smile young Brian enquired, "Three?"

The teacher now had a victorious smile. Her approach had succeeded. She wanted to congratulate herself. But one last thing remained.

Once again she asked him, "Now if I give you one apple and one apple and one more apple how many will you have?" Promptly Brian answered, "Four!"

The teacher was aghast. "How Brian, How?" she demanded in a little stern and irritated voice. In a voice that was low and hesitating young

Brian replied, "Because I already have one apple in my bag."

Lessons to Learn: When someone gives you an answer that is different from what you are expecting, it is not necessarily they are wrong. There may be an angle that we may not have understood at all. We need to learn to appreciate and understand different perspectives. Quite often, we try and impose our perspectives on others and then wonder what went wrong.

The next time someone gives you a different perspective than yours, sit down and gently ask " can you please help me understand"?......
