document should be self attested or attested by any gazetted officer??
i have interview at delhi centre.are they asking for photocopies attested by gazetted officer or self attested.plz clarify.
Most boring time is the wait for interview after document verification..specially after lunch in noon shift... #Yawn 😪

Those who r having cgp grade points, make sure your conversion process should be as per ur clg norms otherwise u will be in trouble..a big trouble They are converting our cgps using calculator in front of us , somehow i managed it though i filled wrong % in my application form.. Self attestation is sufficient.. My Educational qualification: B.Tech (EEE) M.Tech (PSE) I wished them, all r responded & offered me a seat i said thank you Now the game starts. Chairman ji figured out my nervous behavior and said beta plz calm down, put your hands on the table do drums play some music with it yeah like that , thats 5n .. All r laughing i too joined them with my fake laugh. M1( chairman) : 1)brief introduction about u 2) family background, educational background 3) r u from which part of a.p ? Tell something about vijayawada , ( he was there here in vja for couple of months so he is curious to know about this place) 4) your qualification is very high y u choosing bank ? 5) what do u know about sidbi 6) what is finance , promotion, and development 7) sidbi associates? 8) crr ? Purpose of it M2: he looks like a foreigner 1) you are from eee , say what is kinetic energy ( i forgot the definition but explained him with an example and using formula) 2) what is potential energy ( explained with an example ) He satisfied M1 again : 1) what is battery (explained) 2) what type of energy it stores? 3) what is capacitor ? 4),what is the difference b/w both ( explained but he said u r very close to the answer it is enough good..) M3 : 1) what is the 1st rrb in india? 2) what do u know about rrb? 3) nabard 4) u r from Vijayawada now tell me how it got that name ( told lord kanakadurgamma victory story ) he satisfied. M4 : female In my application form i mentioned i can't speak hindi 1) u can't speak hindi ? How u manage this (,explained her what I've prepared ) She smiled 2) do u know Punjabi atleast? ( what the fish mam...) Now a days all your younger generation listening to rappers rap-ups so can u sing a song for me.. ? ( what the golden fish maam..) I said i know only balle - balle ...chak dhe patte.. Chairman gave me a clue by saying lungi dance ... He is punjabi i think , very supportive throughout 3) do u know any famous Punjabi singers? ( i said yo-yo honey Singh) 4) do u know that he is having his birthday today ( i was surprised i dnt know that) that's y this much shit from the last 2-3 minutes.. Finally chairman said best of luck wish you all the best for ur future. . Interview lasted for 18-20 minutes in a positive manner.. Wish u all the best puys..
Interview at Guwahati. Mumbai Panel 2 asked the questions. (3 male 1 lady) 1. Briefly introduce yourself. 2. About family. I told I am working in a construction company. 3. What project have you done? 4. Explain your role as a Project Manager of your project. 5. Tell something about PPP. 6. What is Revenue Expenditure and Capital Expenditure ? 7. Why do you want to join bank(as m a civil engineer) 8. You are close to Brahmaputra and there are water transport. So can you improve the means of transport. 9. There is an old universtity in your college locality, what is it? 10. What are the problems faced in Road Projects? 2-3 questions I do not remember, coz I never heard of it.
I have joining letter and first and last payslip, will it be okay?. My comapny doesnt provides experience letter. Please help

1) confused with the pronunciation of my family name asked me to correct it if he was wrong.

3) As I did my MBA in US, he asked why dint I stay back in USA. I answered that I was interested in civil services and I just went to do my studies in USA. also I said US people hardly hire Asians for Management positions. Then he said yes I understand they just need labourers not leaders from outside.
4) I also worked as bank PO for one year and resigned to completely concentrate on civils. some questions on banking GK
5) which Indian bank opened branch in Myanmar recently. I said I was not sure, but it should be SBI if I am not wrong, for that he said it is absolutely right answer.How did you guess it?
6)difference between payment banks and small banks.And which is first payment bank and small bank to start operations.

Anyone from OBC pls suggest Guys Need info on this regarding OBC CERTIFICATE At the time of documents verification we have provide OBC certificate where the title of certificate is " OBC applying for appointment to post under the government Of India " But my certificate states " OBC FOR applying to central education institutions (CEIs) under the government Of India ". When asked about this to issuing authority, they said to provide me the allotment letter to the post after that they will issue certificate titled " OBC applying for appointment to post under the government Of India ". My point is without allotment letter of the post the certificate cannot be issued then in that case is the other certificate is acceptable for document verification or is there any other procedure.
SIDBI interview experience March 17th 8:30 batch chennai (Mumbai Panel) Doc verification: If u have gazetted signed photocopies its fine, otherwise sign a affidavit for self attestation. 1) Tell about urself? 2) general que from work experience & family background? 3) How electricity is procduced in sugar mills? 4) Balance sheet of sidbi? 5) Diff b/w NEFT & RTGS? 6) About PFRDA ? 7) VCF? venture capital fund 8) about NPS? 9) What is repo? i started explaining repo rate but they asked to explain the term repo ..again blank 10)Asset liabilty mgmt? 11) Is yes bank private or public sector? finally i was able to breathe ..i said MD also..i was caught again. 12) What organisation did Rana kapoor belongs to before joining Yes bank? And some other questions i couldnt remember becoz already im stuck in a limbo.. And i met other guys who came for intrw .2 guys from SBI as PO and 1 from Bank of america..I dnt knw why guys coming to SIDBI ..Well its their choice..Total attempts Exact 180..Tiny subatomic particle of hope still attached with me..Need to start preparin for IRDAI JO phase 2..dont knw whr to start 😃
