Query regarding CGPA to % conversion certificate.....

I have the conversion certificate from my college signed by the registrar but it has no stamp on it..would there be any problem because of that?

Yes im appearing but i dont think itll affect my interview preps
No im not appearing
Yes im appearing and yea i do think itll be a slight overload to handle 2 preps sidebyside

A starts a business with a capital of 1200. B and C join with some investments after 3 and 6 months respectively. If at the end of a year , the profit is divided in the ratio 2:3:5 respectively then what is B's investment in the business.? Guys can someone explain it.??
