One of my friends works in SIDBI. He said the culture is such that if something has to be done by the 20th of this month, SIDBI guys begin to think about it from the 20th of next month. He said that SIDBI does not have a culture of fixed deadlines, unlike the other banks. Hence the procrastination and delay.

It seems that everyone in this thread is banking on SIDBI to escape the perils of IBPS....have patience guys...last year the result was declared 3 weeks after the exam , though the interview process was fast.

guys msme definition from all sources is from 2006 MSME develpment actt..but there is also a 2014 ammendment bill ,
